Hey there!👋
Stefan Dolteanu
Physics Olympiad Coach
A must-read message for all Physics Olympiad students
Dear students,
I get it.
Preparing for the Physics Olympiad is tough.
You have to cram mountains of theory in little time, and the problems are just getting harder and trickier.
You always feel the pressure of the competition, especially when it seems like one score can determine your future.
I was once in your shoes, having 12-hour Physics Marathons, past IPhO papers stacked like bricks, Fayman as a pillow.
But the grind paid off. And now I’m glad to say I have achieved all my goals.
Physics gave my mind a new architecture. It taught me how to reason from first principles and how to see the world clearly, without biases.
It gave me peace, wonder, and a front-row seat to the Universe, seeing every gear click in perfect harmony.
This is why I became a Physics Olympiad Coach.
Since then, I’ve:
- Tutored large groups of Olympiad students
- Authored problems for national competitions
- Organized entire Physics competitions by myself
- Graded at EuPhO
- Gathered insights from Olympiad winners, Olympiad board members, professors, inspectors, and authors
- Coached hundreds of students, 1-1, from all around the world
I saw the map of the entire field – the common reasoning errors, the traps, the patterns in how students approach problems.
More importantly, I discovered the hidden pathways. The elegant strategies to flip hard problems easy.
I’ve guided dozens to the international stage and helped many more progress faster than expected.
Just imagine a world where you:
- Get 1-1 tutoring from someone who walked your road and happily made it to the other side
- Understand Physics at such a deep level that you’re able to feel it
- Crush your goal and get a result you never thought was possible
- Get accepted by your dream university with a full scholarship
- Develop a new way of thinking and seeing the world
Why am I saying this?
Well, I saw time and time again that my students were achieving these milestones.
This is possible. And this can become your reality.
To the stars,

My Story
💡My journey with Physics started at 12, when I discovered a new world full of possibilities.
✍🏻I won a full scholarship at the International Computer High School of Bucharest and entered a special class, only for Physics Olympiad students. The training consisted of 5-hour long sessions (no breaks), 4 times a week, and a long list of problems as daily homework.
🏆My dedication paid off with 2 consecutive Silver Medals at IPhO, the Best in Experiment Special Prize at EuPhO, 2 Silver Medals at EuPho, and many other prizes (11 International Awards).
👨🏻🏫I started to share my passion for Physics with others and tested a lot of coaching styles until I developed something that clicks with every single student.
🌍Today, I train ambitious students from all around the world to conquer the ranking of the most prestigious Physics Olympiads and help them succeed in life.
